Do the brackets fit any brick configuration?

Our brackets are designed for use with metric sized bricks.

How do I know if my house has metric or imperial bricks?

Simple - if your house was built after 1966 its almost certain that its built with metric standard bricks 215 x 102.5 x 65 mm, but if you have any doubts just send in a photo or take some measurements and we'll do the rest.

What fixing should I use?

Generally speaking we always recommend establishing what substrate you are installing to; this can be achieved by a sample drilling of the area where you are installing. If you have any concerns please contact us here at Crocodilla, and we can arrange a site survey (charge applicable) whereupon a fixing solution will be determined that’s backed by our fixing partners.

Can I have my brackets in a different colour?

Yes - all brackets are powder-coated in four colours, but we are able to suit the brackets to the pantone colour or Ral codes you require. Please contact us for special orders.

How do I measure my brackets?

That’s the beauty of using Crocodilla brackets! In most cases they are standard sizes but for gutter brackets & pipes you need submit just one dimension, the standoff measurement along with the model your using colour & quantity – job done!

Go to our SHOP, or fill out an ENQUIRY FORM.

We receive your order – along with payment.

We confirm receipt of your order.

We fax back your order confirmation within 24 hours - you must check to see if the supplied specifications are correct .

If we receive no adjustments or notification within a further 24 hours of our FAX we proceed to manufacture.

• Remember we manufacture your brackets to the supplied specifications - any late notifications of change after this period are chargeable.
• We despatch to address supplied upon completion.

We enclose copy of original request along with QC sheet for your records.
